Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate account and learner information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share access or use another learner’s account.
Your certificate name should match the name you are entitled to use professionally. We may ask you to correct information where it could affect enrolment or evidence.
Course information and access
The catalogue describes the courses currently available for purchase. Training content, assessment, progress and completion are delivered by the connected training platform.
Access may be delayed where identity cannot be matched safely or an integration requires review. We will show the order or enrolment state and provide support where needed.
Prices and payment
The price and applicable VAT shown at checkout are the amounts used to create the order. Card details are collected by the payment provider and are not stored by this application.
An order is not treated as paid solely because the browser returns from a payment page. Payment must be confirmed through the authorised payment process.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access another person’s records, bypass security, disrupt the service, copy restricted training content or use the service unlawfully.
Service changes and support
We may make proportionate changes needed for security, reliability, law or integration compatibility. Contact support if a change materially affects an active purchase.
